macaroni (12 ounces)
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 2 qt. casserole/ baking dish.
Bring pot of water to a boil and
cook macaroni for 5 minutes. Macaroni will not
be fully cooked.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the
egg and milk. Add butter and cheese.
Stir until well blended.
Drain macaroni and add to mixing
bowl with cheese mixture. Blend well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared
Bake 30 - 40 minutes, until golden
brown on top.
