2 lbs potatoes, peeled
1 large sweet potato, peeled
2/3 cup heavy cream (or about ½ cup milk)
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the white potatoes into about four
pieces each. Slice the sweet potato in half then slice
each half into small pieces.
Cook sweet potato in
boiling water for 10 minutes then add the white potatoes
into the same boiling water. Cook until all is fork
tender and drain.
